在MSDN(Visual Studio Subscription)或是其他electronic download下載映像檔後，若是碰到DVD9的格式(如下)，該如何將兩個IMAGE.DAT進行合併為附檔名ISO的檔案?

最近有陣子常常會碰到在Windows Update內，出現一直無法更新的更新，當選擇"Retry"之後，總是會失敗，通常發生這種狀況，是在系統內已經安裝完更新，但是registry的紀錄沒有跟著更新，導致一直出現無法更新的更新，雖然不造成系統運作上的影響，但是卻可能令人無法忍受(我真的無法...)↓

事前準備

1. Windows 10 ISO file

3. USB隨身碟(8G以上，建議16G)
